Named a winner by CHRR Readers in the Specialized Recruitment Agency category
Auticon Canada has been named a winner in the Specialized Recruitment Agency category in the 2023 Canadian HR Reporter (CHRR) Readers Choice Awards.
The CHRR Readers’ Choice Awards highlights the best and brightest businesses, vendors, and solutions providers across the HR industry. Canadian HR Reporter compiled nominations to create an impressive list of vendors and suppliers in the HR community nationwide. Readers were invited to cast their ballots through an online survey, and nominees who received the highest overall votes were awarded the Readers’ Choice designation.
auticon Canada recognizes that many autistic adults often have higher aptitudes in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), and the talents for a career in information technology. Despite this, many face obstacles in the employment journey and find securing or maintaining sustainable employment difficult. To help them succeed, auticon works with companies to identify the right jobs and work environments and pairs them and its technology consultants with job coaches who provide management-style training and ongoing coaching.
