Last summer, Specialisterren became part of auticon, the world’s largest social enterprise in IT. As of today, Specialisterren will officially change its name to auticon Netherlands.
This new name symbolizes an important joining of forces, because it recognizes the team in The Netherlands as part of our nearly 600 talented colleagues in 14 countries. This makes us better than ever able to shape our shared mission: promoting neurodiversity and inclusion by offering careers in technology to more autistic professionals. Social impact remains our driving force and runs like a common thread throughout our activities.
The fact that Specialisterren are now part of auticon will also become visible in the services they offer in the near future. In addition to their existing core activities (software testing, DevOps test automation, Business Intelligence, and Robotic Process Automation), they will soon also introduce advice, guidance, training, and other resources in the field of neuro-inclusion. They will enable organizations to create an optimal working environment for neurodivergent professionals and benefit from the demonstrable added value of neurodiverse teams.
