CPD accredited training

Neurodiversity training for your workforce

We provide training to address gaps in understanding of neurodivergence within the customer organisation and to break down barriers to supporting talent who are unaware they are neurodivergent or choose not to disclose.

We offer 3 types of CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accredited neurodiversity training programmes for employees within organisations.

These can be conducted separately as stand-alone products or as part of a strategic Neuroinclusion Services package of work for larger tangible impact.

Neurodiversity training

We offer CPD accredited learning courses for employees, ambassadors and managers. We provide bespoke training options to meet your specific needs.

Let neuroinclusion boost productivity, innovation and reputation whilst lowering costs associated with attrition, absences and stagnant efficiency. Your infrastructure, leaders, managers and teams need the time and support to get neuroinclusion right, before they’re on the back foot. Getting neuroinclusion wrong could lead to unplanned absenteeism, legal disputes, and poor brand equity. On the other hand, getting it right could lead to improved retention, increase in turnover and teams that offer innovative perspectives.

You have the opportunity to be the leader and set an example for your industry.  Today, you can join organisations around the world that are leading the way in neuroinclusion and defining a new inclusive future for all stakeholders.

Now is the time

By 2029, the Millennial and Gen Z generations will make up 72% of the world’s workforce who want to join and stay with an organisation for a new reason: because its efforts, purpose, and goals align to their own and the world around them. Being an inclusive organisation makes you more attractive as an employer.

As more Gen Z enter the workplace, employers will need to provide a neuroinclusive work environment. In a recent survey 53% of Gen Z said they somewhat or definitely identified as neurodivergent.

Now is the time to attract and retain neurodivergent talent from a largely untapped talent pool. With proper support, neurodivergent employees can thrive in your organisation, bringing fresh perspectives, and strengths in math, data and computer sciences.

How will your company benefit?

Through actionable neuroinclusive training, our clients improve the economic and social conditions of neurodivergent adults by providing quality careers, unlocking opportunity, and transforming their workplace into a supportive environment.

  • Be a destination for neurodivergent talent
  • Better retention of your existing neurodivergent employees
  • Learn how to provide tailored and flexible accommodations
  • Support employees who are comfortable disclosing conditions
  • Neurodiverse teams bring new ideas and fresh perspectives
  • Maximise your company’s social impact and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals
  • Avoid exposure to legal disputes that are costly and could also damage your reputation

Attendee count: Unlimited

Summary:
Tailored for you.

In the race to recruit, hire, and retain the best talent, up to 20% of job seekers are expected to be neurodivergent, yet most companies are not confident in supporting their needs.

  • Autism and co-occurring conditions such as ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, and depression may impact a person’s ability to perform in a job interview, in social situations with colleagues, and in managing project deadlines.
  • Challenges can occur despite having the hard skills and qualifications required to be a skilled employee and an asset in a team.
  • Some may camouflage their traits to fit in at work, which causes exhaustion, as well as refraining from disclosing their condition and asking for the support they need, putting their employment at risk.
  • It is estimated that less than 29% of autistic people are in any form of meaningful employment which aligns with their educational achievements. (Office for National Statistics, UK)
