The report, launching ahead of Neurodiversity Celebration Week (17th -23rd March), provides compelling insights, key statistics, and real-world success stories that demonstrate how neuroinclusion is transforming businesses and society.

- Neuroinclusion at Scale: auticon and Unicus operate in 15 countries, working with 307 clients globally and employing 552 people, 79% of whom identify as neurodivergent.
- Tackling Employment Inequality: 405 autistic individuals are employed in technology and data roles at auticon, 87% have a professional qualification, bachelor’s degree or higher, yet 62% were unemployed before joining auticon (63% of them were unemployed for longer than 1 year).
