auticon, a global expert in the inclusion of autistic professionals, has released its 2024 Impact Report, reaffirming its commitment to building workplaces where neurodivergent individuals thrive. Drawing on years of expertise in supporting autistic talent, auticon is driving inclusion for all neurodivergent professionals, ensuring that workplaces benefit from the full spectrum of diverse thinking. 

The report, launching ahead of Neurodiversity Celebration Week (17th -23rd March), provides compelling insights, key statistics, and real-world success stories that demonstrate how neuroinclusion is transforming businesses and society.

  • Neuroinclusion at Scale: auticon and Unicus operate in 15 countries, working with 307 clients globally and employing 552 people, 79% of whom identify as neurodivergent. 
  • Tackling Employment Inequality405 autistic individuals are employed in technology and data roles at auticon, 87% have a professional qualification, bachelor’s degree or higher, yet 62% were unemployed before joining auticon (63% of them were unemployed for longer than 1 year).
