What You’ll Do

We are hiring a Neuroinclusion Advisor & Coach who will be an integral part of the auticon team.

As a Neuroinclusion Advisor & Coach at auticon, your role is to support our autistic technologists so they can reach their full professional talent, and our clients so they are confident in best practices working with neurodivergent individuals.

Main job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Being a subject matter expert in autism and neurodiversity to effectively train and coach clients, managers, and autistic employees.
  • Conducting neurodiversity trainings and coaching sessions to employees, C-level client executives, and managers.
  • Assisting with program development and implementation of auticon’s service offerings.
  • Project preparation for autistic technologists–this includes a full briefing to the client in terms of autism and the individual characteristics of their new teammate, as well as assisting autistic teammates with the client’s corporate culture.
  • Conducting one-on-one job coaching sessions with autistic technologists and team members.
  • Supporting autistic teammates with well-being, adjustments or accommodations needed, onboarding, offboarding, preparing for their projects, and supporting optimal workplace performance.
  • Collaborating with auticon’s managers on performance management and to ensure employees have the right supports in place.
  • Developing personalized job coaching that includes goal setting, professional development plans, support tools, and more.
  • Supporting auticon’s recruitment strategy and participating in recruiting new autistic technologists.
  • Documentation for support and reporting needs.
  • Collaborating with different departments such as marketing, customer success team, sales, recruitment, and human resources.
  • Working in a collaborate environment with the Coaching Program team to ensure continuous and dedicated improvement of our procedures, trainings, and materials.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A background in the fields of psychology, education, social work, business, tech, or similar.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience, including working in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
  • An in-depth understanding of the autism spectrum.
  • Excellent presentation and training skills.
  • The ability to adjust your communication style.
  • Resilience and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • The ability to remain calm under stress and to prioritize under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with multiple departments.
  • Reporting, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
