Are you interested in working with auticon as a consultant but don’t quite feel ready to apply yet? 

Or are you interested in applying but don’t see a live vacancy listed at the moment?

At auticon, we have a talent pool developed for people just like you. Whether you’re still in education, upskilling in a particular area or not ready or not able to apply just yet for any other reason, we’d still like to hear from you! By signing up to our talent pool, we can stay in touch with you by providing regular updates on what is going on at auticon as well as finding out more about your progress until you are ready to apply.

Who can join the talent pool? 

The talent pool is for anyone who identifies as autistic and is interested in working with auticon as a tech or data consultant in the future. Ideally we are looking for people with an interest in using skills such as Python or R, data visualisation, data processing, AI, cloud technologies or machine learning in their future careers. We typically operate in areas such as data science, cyber security and quality assurance.

How do I register? 

To register to our talent pool, all you need to do is to click ‘apply to position’ and complete some quick questions to tell us more about you. The registration will take approximately 5 minutes and consists of providing contact details and 7 simple screening questions. If you’d like, you can share your current CV with us to give us more information on your skills and experience. You will be able to keep this updated by simply emailing us the updated version.

How will we stay in contact with you?

As part of our talent pool, you will receive a quarterly newsletter from us. In this newsletter you can expect to find updates on what is happening at auticon, advice on current market trends and links and resources to content on autism and/or the industry.

The talent pool also acts as a pathway for us to stay connected. This means we will also reach out to find out what’s happening with you or let you know of a new opportunity suiting your profile and keep you updated with any changes to our recruitment. Communications may be a mix of general and personal.
