Who should join the talent pool?
The skills and experience we tend to look for in these roles includes:
- Experience working with neurodivergent adults
- An undergraduate degree in psychology or a related discipline
- An understanding of mental health conditions and experience in using therapeutic modalities such as CBT, ACT or Motivational Interviewing
- Experience of Individual Coaching or Executive Coaching
- An ICF or EMCC coaching accreditation
- A lived or personal experience of a neurodivergent condition
- Based in London or Edinburgh
You do not need to possess all of these. The exact skills and experience required will vary from role to role and will always be made clear when we have a vacant position.
