These colleagues become trusted go-to people who provide practical support to neurodivergent employees and their managers, demonstrating your genuine commitment to inclusion.
When you have Ambassadors in place, neurodivergent people feel a greater sense of belonging, Managers feel more confident that they can access reliable expertise and everyone feels more supported.

SESSION 3:
In this session we will focus on practical support including:
- How to focus on supporting neurotraits beyond diagnostic labels
- How to ask effective, curious questions
- Exploring alternative identity-focused support avenues
- Evaluating working preferences to help others do the same

- No prior knowledge required (auticon eLearning – Foundations of Neurodiversity to be completed before 1st session)
- Fully online, no travel or tech setup needed
- Suitable for employees at any level
