SESSION 1:
Foundations
In this session we will cover the essentials on embracing neurodiversity including:
- Confidently discuss neurodiversity, neurotraits, sensory processing, and executive functioning
- Understand your role as Ambassador and its boundaries
- Support self-agency and mental health in the workplace
- No prior knowledge required (auticon eLearning – Foundations of Neurodiversity to be completed before 1st session)
- Fully online, no travel or tech setup needed
- Suitable for employees at any level
- For US|Canada: timings this course will run at 11am – 3pm CST/CDT
