Software Development

Experienced software developers, full-stack engineers and DevOps engineers

Software development and migration

Knowledge about, and the desire for, programming is what brings most of our employees to Unicus. The most commonly used coding languages among our employees are C#, C++, Java, Javscript, and Python. These proficiencies are often acquired through a combination of formal education and personal development in private.

We observe that if an employee knows one language, they have breeze learning other languages. There are concrete examples where employees learned to code in Cobol or script in Unix during assignments.

Our experience shows that our employees are a valued resource in developer teams. We are at our best when given the role of an executionary resource and able to work in contexts where tasks are defined jointly and distributed.
