Data Quality and QA

Let autistic people find vulnerabilities in your software processes and ensure compliance.

Data Quality and QA

For the last few years, focus of IT solutions has shifted from systems and process efficiency to data value created. Contextless data is just data, but when summarized and compiled through various analysis tools, it may provide many insights. In addition, all AI algorithms are based on data – data which must be accurate. Few, if any, algorithms can compensate for bad data quality.

It is specifically the challenge of poor data quality that Unicus’ services focuses on. We understand that our employees and their autistic abilities are great talents for creating data with accuracy and availability in the right place at the right time. This can sometimes be done through various technical tools, while in other cases manual laundry is required. Perhaps it is simply that the required data exists as physical documents in a binder somewhere.

If you lack data to develop your business – get in touch and we’ll help!

Logical and careful mindset

Our employees perform their tasks through applying logic and great care from beginning to end. An autistic person has solid integrity and remains accurate even through long-term repetitive tasks.

Honesty and neutrality

The neutrality, impartiality, and honesty of autistic people are invaluable, especially in cases where the data in question carries a weight of confidentiality.

Structured thinking

Creating data of excellent quality requires a basic understanding, and then labor by an agreed-upon structure, which suits an autistic person just fine.

“At H&M Group, we want the composition of employees to reflect society at large. Having colleagues who contribute with different perspectives not only creates a creative work environment, but also gives us better opportunities to offer products and services that meet customers’ needs.”

Maria Karlsson – H&M

Compliance and reporting

The regulatory dynamics of the information age introduce many challenges for businesses. Agile entrepreneurship no longer entails taking individual regulations into account, but also responsibility of compliance with all policies of the company and its stakeholders – all while maximizing the efficiently thereof.

With the strengths of our autistic consultants, such as a high degree of adherence to rules, logical recognition of structures in all courses of action, abstract thinking and analytical skills, we can be used to both analyze, follow up and propose changes.
