We are always looking for candidates with potential. We have two requirements for those who want to work with us:
- You must have an autism spectrum diagnosis (Asperger Syndrome)
- You must have good IT knowledge and be interested in IT. Programming knowledge is often a necessary competence
Of course, experience is a good thing, but it’s not a requirement either. Beyond IT knowledge, we are interested in your personality and strengths. Within both testing and quality assurance and development, qualities such as patience, attention to detail, being dedicated and structured are important qualities. Analytical ability and an interest in technology are other qualities that we also emphasize. We don’t care if you have gaps in your CV, but we do care that you have a willingness and desire to contribute.
You will first start in an internship, where you will work with competence development within relevant technologies and be certified where it is natural. The internship will cover the most important professional areas so you can work well as a consultant. In addition, we will use the time to get to know you better, so we can better understand what kind of adaptations are needed for you to function optimally. An internship usually leads to permanent employment, where you will be based at our customers and work on projects together with their employees.
As a consultant with us, you will probably work with one or more of the following areas:
- Functional test of IT systems
- Test automation
- Performance test
- Quality assurance of data
- Development – front-end and back-end
- Robotic process automation
