Automate with high efficiency and an eye for detail

RPA has become important for many businesses – the vast majority have either already introduced automated processes or have specific ambitions to start doing so. This is due to a desire to automate static processes for increased profitability, as well as to avoid the many errors and inaccuracies that can occur in manual searches, registrations and entries. This places high demands on establishing a set of good and comprehensive automated processes, good knowledge of testing and development – otherwise it will not be possible to succeed with your ambitions.

All our consultants have broad technical expertise, either from education, previous jobs or their own projects. Many also have developer expertise. Combined with testing experience from many industries and projects, this means that they can quickly understand how a system works, identify processes that can be automated, build the regime for process automation and implement the solution.

RPA development

Unicus RPA developers of Unicus possess programming experience, infrastructure knowledge, database environments, and business process insights. There is significant emphasis on testing these RPA automations, ensuring problem-free deployment. RPA development is often performed in close collaboration with the business, which is why business knowledge and attentiveness are often no less important than automation tools and IT competence. Quality is part of our DNA.

RPA maintenance

These scripts are often written for large and complex IT environments with high rates of change. These automated processes could be business critical, necessitating the discovery and resolution of discrepancies. It is crutial to not only develope automation, but also to organize for operation and exception handling. The autistic abilities of persistence, structure and error aversion are often what make the difference.

Our RPA developers can empower and support your development team as needed. Together, we have broad technical expertise. We mainly perform RPA with the following tools

HOW IT WORKS

Autistic Talent

Our autistic professionals have extraordinary cognitive abilities that provide exceptional value in the tech space. Logic, speed, precision, sustained concentration, and an ability to intuitively spot errors provide a uniquely autistic perspective on your tech projects.

Targeted Fulfillment

We closely match each consultant to your job requirements, office culture, and the neurodiversity goals of your organization. Our autistic consultants arrive at work at your local office, providing expertise in high-demand skills such as business analytics, Salesforce Administration, software development, cybersecurity, quality assurance, and more. Like any team member, they become integrated into your teams and function as employees.

Ensured Success

Our job coaches play a central role in your success, acting as a liaison between you and the autistic consultant, working hand-in-hand to communicate timelines, manage expectations, resolve needs, and ensure the ultimate success of your program.

The Unicus advantage

Autistic adults often have extraordinary cognitive abilities, such as logic, pattern recognition, precision, sustained concentration, and an ability to intuitively spot errors, yet many find it difficult to secure or maintain mainstream employment. While autistic strengths are highly individualized, academic research shows advantages emerge:

  • Autistic employees show greater analytical & systemizing skills
  • Innovative & creative intelligence
  • Higher standards & productivity
  • Honesty

Job coaches ensure success

Unicus’s consultants and clients are supported by our job coaches who ensure that the consultants’ work environments enable them to deliver to their full professional potential. Our job coaches promote inclusion and wellbeing and are integral to making sure our consultants feel supported in their assignments. Most importantly they provide clients with support and information regarding autism in the workplace and can convey feedback between the client and the consultant.

Our Job Coaches typically have a background in clinical psychology, performance coaching, managing anxiety disorders, special education, and vocational rehabilitation.

Autism is not a processing error,
it's a different operating system.
