Since a few weeks we have a new team coach: Xanne!
Over the past year, we have grown so much that it was time for a second team coach alongside Miranda to support our staff as needed. Therefore, we are happy to welcome Xanne!
As you can see from the photo below, Xanne loves being outdoors and horses. She has also been a medical social worker in a large hospital for almost 10 years and was ready for a new challenge outside the healthcare industry. She found it with us! Xanne: ‘I am looking forward to an inspiring collaboration with colleagues, beautiful events on the shop floor and the growth of the company where we can help more people with autism find a job and further shape the unique concept.’
