Experienced and certified
software testers

auticon is a reputable provider of software testing services. Because we have built up expertise in various software testing services, we can not only test software very accurately, but also think along and advise on the testing approach. From regression testing to performance or chain testing, we can help you further. This way you can be sure that your customers experience the smoothest possible customer journey.

Our employees are TMap and/or ISTQB certified and mostly have a form of autism. Experience shows that our employees work very accurately and quickly spot deviations. This results in a high quality of service.

Functional Acceptance Testing (FAT)

Is your website, application or portal working without bugs? With Functional Acceptance Testing, we test your application extensively as needed. Based on predefined acceptance criteria or priorities, we test whether all fields and buttons work. This way, your development team can be sure that the software will be launched without bugs.

Automated testing / Test automation

Automated testing is a way of testing software without human intervention. This means that a test engineer builds a test set in the test or acceptance environment for a defined flow in the software. When the test set is complete, a test can be run with the click of a button. The result is a report that shows at a glance where the software still contains bugs. Automated tests are often run by test automation servers like Jenkins or Azure Devops. At Specialisterren we have the knowledge and skills to build the automated set in various development languages and test suites and we specialise in low-code and no-code.

Regression tests

Updates are often made to specific parts of an application, leaving large parts unchanged. However, there is a risk that the underlying technology will break down in the unmodified parts as a result of mutual relationships. We use regression tests to check whether the unmodified software still works as it did before the update. This ensures a pleasant user experience for your customers.

Chain test

Your software must, of course, be able to work seamlessly with other systems. In chain testing, our testers check all cooperating components for the order of dependencies and data integrity. After this high-level software testing process, you can be sure that your software is ready for use.

Migration tests

The choice for a new IT system has been made. Whether your company is going to implement a new invoicing system or CRM system, it is important that all information ends up in the right place and that nothing gets lost. Our testers carefully check each part of the migration, so that you can make a smooth transition. We can also perform conversion tests.

Performance testing

Your new application works like a charm – on your environment, with your infrastructure and a select number of users. But can your software handle the expected number of visitors? We test the performance level of a system on stress (the limit of the system), peak (short-term load), duration (long-term load) and load (realistic load). This way, your team can be sure that the system will also hold up when users start using it.

The world’s most innovative companies are seeing the benefits of adding our autistic technology consultants to their teams.

HOW IT WORKS

Autistic Talent

Our autistic professionals have extraordinary cognitive abilities that provide exceptional value in the tech space. Logic, speed, precision, sustained concentration, and an ability to intuitively spot errors provide a uniquely autistic perspective on your tech projects.

Targeted Fulfillment

We closely match each consultant to your job requirements, office culture, and the neurodiversity goals of your organization. Our autistic consultants arrive at work at your local office, providing expertise in high-demand skills such as business analytics, Salesforce Administration, software development, cybersecurity, quality assurance, and more. Like any team member, they become integrated into your teams and function as employees.

Ensured Success

Our job coaches play a central role in your success, acting as a liaison between you and the autistic consultant, working hand-in-hand to communicate timelines, manage expectations, resolve needs, and ensure the ultimate success of your program.

The auticon advantage

Autistic adults often have extraordinary cognitive abilities, such as logic, pattern recognition, precision, sustained concentration, and an ability to intuitively spot errors, yet many find it difficult to secure or maintain mainstream employment. While autistic strengths are highly individualized, academic research shows advantages emerge:

  • Autistic employees show greater analytical & systemizing skills
  • Innovative & creative intelligence
  • Higher standards & productivity
  • Honesty
