This programme is designed for people managers who want to confidently support neurodivergent team members and create truly inclusive working environments.

The course is suitable for managers across office-based industries at any level – from first-time managers to experienced leaders who recognise they need practical tools to get neuroinclusion right.

Through highly interactive learning with real-world scenarios, case studies, and simulation exercises, participants leave feeling confident that they can:

  • Respond appropriately when a team member discloses they're neurodivergent
  • Take a strengths-based approach that brings out the best in different thinkers
  • Give clear instructions that work for diverse communication styles
