About

DJI, under the Ministry of Justice and Security, is responsible for the detention and rehabilitation of convicted individuals across 50 locations in the Netherlands.

The Challenge

The Shared Service Centre (SSC) aimed to improve service delivery, cut costs, and prepare operations for the digital future. They sought to automate up to 100 administrative processes and save 50,000 staff hours annually.

The Solution

A phased development approach was implemented using UiPath, combining DJI staff with auticon RPA developers. The team co-created scalable automation solutions tailored to public service operations.
