How it Works
- Regular Candidate Assessments: We assess new candidates periodically throughout the year based on demand from our business clients.
- We will work together to understand your optimal work environment (e.g., communication preferences, remote vs onsite, working hours, etc.) and the support we can offer to optimize your success.
- This process includes an informal, neuroinclusive interview and if successful, a technical evaluation. Following this, successful candidates are invited to the final stage of our process, a virtual assessment, where our goal is to get to know you better through a series of non-technical activities.
- Successful Applicants Join Our Pool: Once in, you become part of our growing community of skilled professionals.

Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for talented autistic tech professionals with 1+ years (1 year and up) of experience at junior to senior levels in areas like:
