Siemens cybersecurity needed an external, unbiased evaluation of its Zero Trust framework using international standards (CISA, NIST). The team required someone who could independently manage interviews, analyse complex systems, and work methodically across departments.
An auticon technologist designed interview frameworks, analysed results, and integrated findings into a comprehensive evaluation—working flexibly while navigating Siemens’ corporate structure.
Enabled visibility for autistic strengths in a high-trust cybersecurity environment and demonstrated how inclusive processes improve team outcomes.
