About

Siemens is a global leader in automation, digitalisation, and electrification technologies, delivering cutting-edge solutions across energy, mobility, and industrial sectors.

The Challenge

Siemens cybersecurity needed an external, unbiased evaluation of its Zero Trust framework using international standards (CISA, NIST). The team required someone who could independently manage interviews, analyse complex systems, and work methodically across departments.

The Solution

An auticon technologist designed interview frameworks, analysed results, and integrated findings into a comprehensive evaluation—working flexibly while navigating Siemens’ corporate structure.

The Benefits

  • Delivered objective assessment
  • Improved internal collaboration
  • Modelled inclusive planning processes

The Highlights

  • Onboarded smoothly and quickly
  • Became the primary contact for interview processes
  • Helped Siemens expand its neuroinclusion goals

Social Impact

Enabled visibility for autistic strengths in a high-trust cybersecurity environment and demonstrated how inclusive processes improve team outcomes.

Max quickly got up to speed, works productively, and is well received by interviewees thanks to his friendly, matter-of-fact, and direct style. We’re very glad to have him—he’s definitely an asset to the project.
