Salesforce needed to meet rising demand for Tableau talent and aimed to do so while advancing its DEI goals by including autistic professionals in its Professional Services workforce.
auticon delivered tailored Tableau training and certification to a cohort of autistic technologists, supported by coaching and mentorship. Participants were embedded in client-facing teams to shadow and gain real-world consulting experience.
