There is a significant under‑employment of autistic individuals with relevant skills. “Seven of ten high‑functioning autists are without jobs matching their education and competence.”
A data engineer, with an autism‑spectrum diagnosis was placed via Unicus at DNB; the team reported minimal adaptation was needed and strong performance followed.
We have got in driving very skilled people from Unicus and honestly we do not think much about that Kristoffer is autistic.
