A data engineer, with an autism‑spectrum diagnosis was placed via Unicus at DNB; the team reported minimal adaptation was needed and strong performance followed.
Enabled meaningful employment of a neurodivergent professional in a major financial institution; improved awareness of neuroinclusion in Norwegian banking.
We have got in driving very skilled people from Unicus and honestly we do not think much about that Kristoffer is autistic.
