This event is designed for people on the autism spectrum looking for an employment opportunity in the Information Technology industry with leading IT consulting practice auticon.
auticon work with leading Australian and global companies in IT and support our consultants to deliver world class projects in software engineering, cybersecurity, data analytics and quality assurance and testing.
Our recruitment process is a multistep process, that’s designed to unpack the skills and unique capabilities of those on the autism spectrum. At this event, our candidates will participate in an Escape Room activity. This process is a fun and relaxed way to assess your skills in problem solving and communication in a team environment.
During the challenge you will not only have the opportunity to show off your skills, but you’ll work to solve Sydney’s most mysterious bank heist and catch some notorious thieves.
Beyond this point, auticon will contact you for more technical IT based tests and an informal catchup to understand a little more about you.
