When you have Ambassadors in place, neurodivergent people feel a greater sense of belonging, Managers feel more confident that they can access reliable expertise and everyone feels more supported.

auticon’s CPD-certified training is a low-cost, high-impact way to unlock the potential already in your workforce.

A woman with long dark hair, wearing a yellow and white stripy jumper and colourful glasses, looks at her laptop computer screen with her left hand raised (as if saying hello) and in her right hand she holds a yellow mug. She is sitting at a desk where there is also a plant and a pen and paper. It looks like she is taking part in an enjoyable online meeting.

Built on real-world practice, not theory

A truly transformative experience. The training prompted deep reflection, provided practical tools, and shifted my perspective on what inclusive communication really means. Thank you to the team at auticon for creating an empowering and respectful learning space, one that is essential to fostering more inclusive and equitable workplaces.

The training and the speakers are very well prepared. It engages the audience, it gives you resourceful tools, and it prepares you with real cases to be the best Ambassador possible. Also, something that I really liked was having the chance to share experiences and network with people from other companies that had the same interest as me in Neurodiversity.
