The protection of personal data is very important to us. Auticon processes and uses all incoming data in accordance with German data security laws.

As a general rule, we only request your personal data in order to answer your inquiries or give you access to certain information or offers, such as our newsletter. We will not collect any personal data using our website without your consent. Should we require any data, we will inform you and obtain your consent. We will neither pass your personal data on to third parties nor use it for any other kind of financial gain.

  • Depending on the respective purpose, your name, address, phone/fax numbers and email address may be requested and saved

Mandatory periods for the deletion of data

Data will be deleted after the legal or contractual mandatory periods for record keeping have expired. Should this law not apply to your data, it will be deleted when it is no longer relevant to the agreed upon intended purpose.

Automated collection of non-personal data

When you access our website, the usual access information, e. g. name, the data being accessed, date, data volume, message code and IP address, is saved in the log file and evaluated for security checks and optimisation of our website.

Right for information and public register of processing operations

Upon request and in accordance with the applicable law, we will inform you in writing whether and to what extent we have your personal data stored, if any.
